This afternoon we went to the Niagara Food Festival in the town of Welland (15 min away). David enjoyed the big rib stands. 
Yum! The ribs were indeed amazing!
This is what they call a blooming onion. They slice one onion so that all of the layers seperate, batter it and then deep fry it. Tastes amazing!

I don't know what looks more tempting...the ribs or that blooming onion!
That's why we had to try both! We weren't disappointed.
Are you saying you've never had a "Bloomin' Onion" before?? What?? AKA "Awesome Blossom"! You can get them at The Outback or Moxies..I can't remember which..lol I'll ask my sister for ya!
