We're going to the Western Caribbean!

Yep, it's official. We're booked and the deposit has been made. February 15-22 we're going on a cruise through the western caribbean with our wonderful friends, Jon and Laura Balzer and the soon to be Jen & Regan Hiebert (They're getting married at the end of September). We are thrilled to know that we're going to get to spend some good quality time with great friends and see some beautiful places at the same time. Here's the plan: Arrive and sail out of Miami on the 15th (see ya later cold Ontario weather!)

Spend a day cruising and then stop at Grand Caymen, Caymen Islands. Great snorkeling!

Next stop, Isla Roatan (a Bay Island just off the coast of Honduras)

Day 5, Belize. I've always wanted to go there, heard it's beautiful!

Last port is Cozumel
Then one more day at sea, and back to Miami. And yes, we're bringing little Sarah. Being our daughter she's going to have to get used to travelling. The cruise line will have a crib in our room for her and all else with be as normal. Should be fun!

Hi there!
It was neat reading your last few blogs...it almost seems like we chatted! I can't believe you already booked a trip with Sarah! I think this little girls will become quite a traveler in her younger years. Glad to hear you are settling in and I hope and pray you find a church home soon. No news on the baby front...due this Friday, but I am thinking the baby will be overdue as it seems to be a bit too comfortable in the belly right now. We had Tracy's shower today...you were missed! All the best!

Hey! That's where we're going for Christmas! Only difference is that ours is just a 5 night cruise so we only get to stop at Grand Cayman and Cozumel.

It's never too early to take your kids travelling. We've always taken our girls everywhere since the time they were little babies and they've always been excellent travellers.
