Happy Valentines Day!

Wishing you a very happy Valentines Day!

Last Valentines day Sarah and I made heart cookies together. I thought this would be a nice tradition, so we baked up heart cookies this morning. She loves being helpful and having tastes along the way.

Sarah loved pressing out the dough before I rolled it.

While the dough was chilling we cleaned up and put away the laundry. She saw her "ice-cream" shirt and had to get changed once again. Then it was time to cut the cookies out.

Sarah loved the icing part. The icing was thick and tasty but not easy to spread. So our cookies aren't very pretty, oh well they tasted good.

The best part of making cookies... eating them!
