Montanas: Go to the webiste http://www.montanas.ca/ and you can sign up to get a free appetizer by e-mail. Be sure to do this shortly before you plan to actually go. I think the expiration date is about 2 weeks after you print out the coupon.
Boston Pizza: Go to the website http://www.bostonpizza.com/ and you can sign up for their e-mail club. They'll send you a starter coupon via e-mail as well as a coupon for your birthday. As with Montanas, make sure you only sign up shortly before you actually plan to go.
Old Spaghetti Factory: Not sure how long this lasts for, but on Tuesdays (lunch or dinner) all pasta classics are 40% off. Ex. Spaghetti with meat sauce is $5.99
