Yesterday we took Sarah to Hamilton McMasters Childrens Hospital for her pre op appointment for her skin tag surgery. Her surgery got bumped a week, so now it is on July 20th. We visited with a woman who explained what would happen on surgery day, met with a nurse who weighed Sarah and took her blood pressure (well tried to) as well as the anesthesiologist who went over what would happen.We were in and out in less than an hour. We feel good about the surgery and are glad that we are doing it now and not when Sarah is much older. David is going to be the one to be with her when she gets out and wakes up, the whole thing just creeps me out a little too much. At this point I am just looking forward to it all being done.
